Rob Palacios

Rob Palacios is a financial services executive, technology strategist, and Managing Partner of inTelliDi Solutions. With more than 30 years of experience across banking, consulting, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology strategy, Rob helps banks align business strategy with innovative technologies to create measurable value.

Rob previously served as Chief Innovation Officer and Executive Vice President at CG Infinity and held multiple executive roles during a 15-year tenure at Texas Capital Bank, including CIO, Executive Vice President of Business Solutions, Executive Vice President of Enterprise Planning and Strategic Initiatives, and Director of TCB Labs. During that period, he supported the bank's growth from approximately $2B to more than $30B in assets.

Earlier in his career, Rob held senior leadership roles with Arthur Andersen, Hitachi Consulting, inTelliDi, and NetPhaseZero, and began his career with the National Security Agency in the U.S. Department of Defense Artificial Intelligence Lab and Special Projects Division. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Texas Tech University's College of Engineering.
